"I'm not saying the owner is not professional, but the young guy working there, one for instant, did not give right directions of how much to put in a 1,052 gallon Intex pool. I was told to put 4lbs of calcium and two 1 lb bags of pH Plus. We put it in there and the pool stayed one week cloudy and so we try to shock it as the filter is running constantly and still cloudy! We were very upset and came suggested a refund, but was not in the question. The owner was helpful because he was not aware untill we called and I think he knew one of the guys suggested wrong directions to us because he looked at him kinda upset when we came in. Never again will I go there."
