"Little Compton Surf Camp is AMAZING!!! I just attended the 2-hour, women's only, morning lesson and had a fantastic time! Everyone on the staff is very positive, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. The day began (at 7am) with coffee, baked goods, and getting-to-know-you activities. We then did some skill work on the beach before heading into the water! The surfing coaches help you to understand all steps involved in surfing and seemed very focused on ensuring everyone had a great time (which we did!)! Myself, and many others, were brand new to surfing, and I'm quite certain everyone got up at least once if not many times. The surfing coaches are just that good! They know how to fit you to the right board and provide specific feedback to improve form and balance. This camp was a great way to get started in the sport in a very comfortable, safe, and positive way. I am excited to keep surfing! Thank you to all the coaches for a wonderful day!"
