"Pam was a real pleasure to work with and the installers did a great job. We had Bradford install hardwood throughout our townhouse as part of a renovation project. It was a complex job that was broken up into three phases due to our overall renovation schedule. Bradford was very accommodating and available when we needed them at each phase. The neighbors love our floors and one of them also used Bradford. We highly recommend Bradford and especially Pam."
"Working with Pam was an absolutely delight. We went in with several projects in mind and were feeling quite overwhelmed. She suggested we break it down into multiple small projects and tackle each one at a time. It was just what we needed. Pam led us through all of our options, both in style and financially, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. We re-carpeted two rooms and replaced the stair runner and have other projects in mind up for the future. We will 100% be back. As someone with next to no interior design knowledge, we are so lucky to have found Pam, who really helped us make the right decisions for our space without ever feeling pressured, or like we were buying some thing that was more than what we needed. Pro-tip: check out the remnant section, the carpet we got for the stair runner is absolutely stunning, and was at an incredible price!"
"I had a very challenging and disappointing experience with Bradford carpet that unfortunately went on for several months. The original installers were inexperienced and made a number of errors, including incorrectly measuring carpet and leaving a very obvious seam. Baseboard paint was chipped, there was a clear cut mark from a tool, incorrect padding was installed, and a picture frame was damaged. I left repeated messages and sent an email with photos and it still took me weeks to get Bradford carpet to take my issue seriously and send someone out. When a rep finally came, they agreed that installation was below standards and were very apologetic. They also assured me that Bradford would redo the carpet and I would not be charged any additional money (I had already paid a big deposit). It still took a few more months and more messages to finally get part of the carpet removed and replaced correctly. I opted not to replace all carpet, even though there were issues, because I couldn't take off more work to be home for a lengthy install. The new install was much better and - I thought - went a long way towards restoring my faith in Bradford. Unfortunately, about a week later they decided to charge me for the balance - $1,000 -without contacting me first and asking me how I wanted to pay (i.e. credit card). This was the LAST straw for me. My main feedback to this company is to treat your customers better. I can't tell you how many times I was told "someone" would get back to me and days/weeks went by with no follow up. Based on my experience with Bradford, I would not recommend them."
