"Completely HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. I don't recommend anyone going to this store. I tried to return a box that we had purchased on Saturday Oct 14, but I had a terrible headache with the manager. The guy was super rude when talking on the phone the first time I called, the second time too, I tried to make the return on Saturday today Oct 21 today and he, like the first and second time, was horrible again. He makes the conversation very difficult to make a simple return and the box still on the plastic back just like when it was delivered to us."

"We got a great mattress, fast delivery, and awesome customer service. Carlos and his family were great. They even arrived to deliver early. Very knowledgeable about all products, and gave me a 5 year warranty. I would highly recommend doing business with spring air."

"I was looking for a good mattress that would help me with my daily back pain and my other mattress was very old. I liked it because the main sales person that’s there daily didn’t pressure me at all to buy anything. That’s very important to me. I was shown different mattresses based on the price point I gave him. He then let me try each mattress along with showing me the extras I could get like s mechanical bottom. I was able to try put the mattress as long as I wanted. He specifically wanted me to change positions while laying on the mattress to make sure it was comfortable. He was there when I needed him, close by, but not hovering which can make you feel pressure to buy. I actually left the store and came back later knowing I had the money to buy a mattress. There’s even a 90 day payment plan if you can’t pay the mattress off all at once. The show room is connected to the factory where the mattress is locally made. Delivery is fre too. The prices were lower than other retailers because its a factory outlet. I was moving so I needed the mattress fast. The sales man suggested I get it delivered the day before the move, to make it easier. I was called the day before and given a two hour window for the delivery. I was then asked if that time worked with my schedule. The day of the delivery, I got a second call that morning confirming it would be delivered in the time frame specified. Three men did the delivery and took there time setting up my queen size mattress. They even asked what height I wanted the mechanical stand to be. Then they showed me how to use it. By far, this was the best experience I’ve had buying a mattress. I would definitely recommend them to family & friends. I also will go back for any future purchases for a mattress."
