"Found some great things there alot of retro stuff and antiques with excellent customer service I couldn’t believe some of the stuff they have I know there’s a few things I want to get before someone else does"
"Great place Great people and wonderful and beautiful things to buy!"
"Great selection of items, sadly many times the hours and days seem not to match what is listed on the door of the business. I tried a few times I happened to be in the area and was pleasantly surprised at the open sign being lit. Peeking from the outside it looked like they had a great selection of old and new treasures it prices seem a bit on the high side. Though many one of a kind unique items and vintage pieces are priced accordingly. If you are looking for a new spot to find something one of a kind then I would give this place a shot!"
"I rarely write negative reviews, but I had a particularly bad experience with the owner of this shop. I expressed interest in a beautiful antique chest Janine listed on Facebook Marketplace. Throughout our conversation it took Janine over 24 hours to reply to my messages, and when she did, her responses were unhelpful. For instance I asked to come look at the piece over the weekend, and she replied that she was “out for the holidays.” That was the entire message. No suggestion of an alternate day, or when she would be back. And when I asked her to clarify, it took her another 24 hours to respond. I was willing to cut her some slack as I messaged her originally only 2 days before Christmas, and I know this can be a busy time for people. But, when I hadn’t heard from her for over 24 hours again after Christmas, I sent a full price offer, as I didn’t want to loose the piece. I should mention here, that my first question to Jaimie when I messaged her was if the piece was still available. She told me clearly it was available. After I sent the offer, almost 4 days and 7 messages after I originally messaged her, Janine THEN let me know she wasn’t selling the piece after all. When I asked why not, she clarified that she would be selling the piece in her store, and I could come in later this week, and MAYBE it would be there... oh, and it would be selling for more than double the price listed. She also told me this listing had been up for a year. So, essentially, she forgot the listing was up, and when someone showed persistent interest, she decided she could get more for it, and jacked up the price. And not only that, but strung me along for days—long enough to waist my time and, make sure I lost out on a couple other pieces I could have purchased instead. I messaged her back several times, to explain what a frustrating experience this had been for me, but that I was really invested in the piece and wanted to find a way to work this out. I asked her to consider making this right, and even offered to pay $100 over the fb marketplace asking price (1/3 more!!). I really loved the piece! Other than to say she understood and was “sorry for the confusion/frustration” she never replied to any of my messages. Listen this has been a hard year, and everyone has a bad week now and then, so maybe that’s the case here. But, Janine’s behavior struck me as deceitful, disrespectful, and just plain unhelpful. I hope this was just a one off. Update: Since writing this review Janine has written me back to call me a “scam artist.” Hopefully anyone reading this can see through her response. My profile is not “flagged” as a “scam artist.” I wrote as accurate and generous a review as I could. As I said, we all have bad weeks, but I was treated poorly, and Janine made no attempt to make it right. For clarity’s sake, the piece was listed at $200 on fb marketplace (marked down from $250), and Janine told me it would be “starting” at $450 in her store."
"Love this place! You can always find such unique, incredible things - great if you're looking for something specific, or to wander through and find things you didn't realize you need but definitely do. Glad to have it here in Rozzie!"
