Town Fair Tire

"I went to town fair tire with a concern with my two front tires that weren’t put properly at another place. I was greeted by two gentlemen, Joe and Jake Immediately, they told us that one of the tires was not put on properly. They immediately took us in and took care of the tire. Their customer service was remarkable. They have now gained a new customer for life as they have put the safety of our family first and took care of our vehicle with the upmost professionalism. These two men should be recognized for their great service and hospitality."

"I went to this location to get two new tires for my car. Once they put my tires on, they told me I had to come back after driving 25 miles, then again after 500 miles. I initially thought that it was strange because I had never heard of having to come back twice after putting new tires on. After leaving this establishment, my car rode terribly. It sounded as if I was driving over rumble strips. The faster I went, the faster the sound increased. It got to the point I felt incredibly unsafe to drive, I pulled over and called my mechanic and asked what to do. I immediately went back to Town Fair and told them about the sound and they took it for a test drive. He came back from driving my car and told me that “this is why we have you come back after 25 miles because your tires were very loose”. Mind you, I had only driven 17 miles. But they did not tighten the wheels nearly as much as they were supposed to. The employee even stated that he wouldn’t say they were going to “fall off” but were close to it. Be aware of this if you take your car here. I will never be returning to this location…"

"It took 2 hours to get one tire mounted and balanced I was putting it on my own truck a lot of people were there and they were not happy with their service either. One lady had three separate occasions of rescheduling the prices overwhelmed Joe sucked he seemed nice but he was just a joke and I don't really care for that. Do not go to that place they suck and I would never recommend them. My tire broke down on the road that they're on with a big flash of metal on the road so they weren't concerned about me they want they didn't care so. Please go to another place please go to another p"

"My experience was wonderful. Joe took care of my phone call to book an appointment with ease, professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness. Madison took care of me in the store. Madison was extremely helpful, attentive, and effective with everything— from greeting to walking out the door. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you Joe, Madison, and crew for making maintenance to my car such a wonderful experience!
