"Questionable and unethical practices by their selling agents. We put in an offer on a home listed by Shoreland, and were told offers would be reviewed on March 8. Instead, an offer was accepted on February 28. We were not contacted by the seller to let us know the status of our offer, and instead learned that the property had gone “pending” on Redfin. The Shoreland agent did not even have the courtesy to let our agent know. We let other opportunities go to bid on a Shoreland listed property and they couldn’t even afford us the courtesy to let us know they had accepted another offer a week before their supposed deadline."
