"This is my favorite place to pick up second hand books and movies, although you can also find new copies in great condition. They stock both current and older material, but its worth calling ahead if you are looking for a specific title. The staff are usually very friendly and will make special orders if something I'm looking for isn't in the store. You can also bring in your own books, movies, cds and the like to sell to the store in exchange for credit or cash."

"Ive been a customer for over 15 years. I always love looking for used books and movies, but the staff at the Brunswick location need a serious pep talk about customer service. Every time you walk in there you feel like youre nothing but an annoyance to the staff. Im not an annoying customer, I grab my stuff and go and keep to myself, but checking out there always feels nothing short of awkward. There have been a few times where one person is running the register and other employees just standing around talking while people are waiting in line. Good store, good selection, immature and rude staff with no social skills whatsoever."
