"Awesome store, organized, and wonderful, unique products at decent prices. Do not use the 3rd party delivery service. I know they aren't associated, but Homesense, as a company, should consider cutting the delivery service off and not promote them at all. I tried to make an appointment several times on the app with no results. I called several times to make an appointment to deliver the furniture I just purchased, all they did was tell me they would call me back with a day and time and they never did. Awful experience with that delivery company. Get rid of them."

"The merchandise is so nicely displayed. Furniture offerings ample, with excellent quality. But mostly the employees make it a lovely shopping experience. I had the pleasure of being guided and helped throughout the purchase of a sofa by Grace and Elaine. They both were so absolutely wonderful as I did not expect to purchase a sofa and came unprepared having not put in my contacts and no "readers" in my bag, I needed help in securing a delivery, and these two gals took over my phone, as I asked them to, inputting all info needed. They made the purchase so smooth, and today my sofa is being delivered thanks to them. Grace was also instrumental in showing me how I could gain a 10% discount by opening a credit card with them. The savings actually paid for the delivery cost."

"Stopped here for the first time today and bought a nightstand. I really liked the selection of furniture and the prices are reasonable. Only thing is employees on the floor seemed scarce and when I did see employees they were in a group and not interacting with customers."
