"On vacation and got my tubes replaced while we were in town for the day. $50 and my wheel now scrapes the brakes. Have to cancel today's plans to go back for them to fix it. Now there is no time to ride the bike. I sent my wife to avoid a confrontation but I'm guessing they're going to offer to refund $0"

"This guy does not have any interest in working on older bikes, so if you have an old bike, look for another shop or try to fix it yourself. I could not get a part removed from my bike so I stopped by here and the owner literally said to me, 'Well what am I supposed to do?' WOW. This is a bike shop that clearly doesn't want to be bothered to work on bikes. Not sure how they are even still open. Good place to stay away from. I would give zero stars if possible."

"We’ve been looking for hybrid bikes for some time. We stopped into The Bike Shop to browse. Described what we were looking for and Anthony recommended the perfect bike. He set them up for us, and after 30 days went through them a second time. A great experience!"

"My husband and I stopped by here to get advice on local trails. The man working today literally responded with “trail forks”, which we had reviewed and were more looking to discuss the shops perspective and shop around. He declined to elaborate more and said “the app has it all... P indicates parking” [paraphrasing]. We didn’t feel welcome there so left. Looks like a few other people have had similar experiences but overall they have good reviews, so take this with a grain of salt."

I say it's an investment well worth your health alone really but to peak interest a bit in those looking thru reviews I'll tell ya it's great 57 miles per charge ive been from Cornish maine to conway nh an back on a single charge multiple times this is my review an its well worth my time to show this bicycle family a great deal of appreciation!!"
