"Update : Year Three they still don't care BUT wanted to be sure I knew they are going to do NOTHING ! I had to drag a gun safe through the store no help and drag it to my truck and load it myself. Manager and assistant contacted neither cared and just kept saying that does not happen here. Called another store since they had refused to let me have the DM number to see if they would call and have them contact me. They said he would but he did not called back again he will and he did not. A month later I get the response bellow it's just the regular generic cust. number. And when you call it it's all about how you make them feel. I was talked down to and accused of being rude I guess I required work and it was not going to happen that day. SO SHOP FOR THINGS YOU CAN DEAL WITH YOURSELF BUT IF IT MAY REQUIRE ASSISTANCE ....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY DONT NEED YOU AROUND.... * As of 4/26/22 still refuse to answer. Just a sad company seems they have gone the SAFE SPACE route. Its about how you make them feel if folks just close their wallets WE CAN FIX THIS only takes a few months.*"

"I over heard some workers talking last time I was in and it turns out most of your employees have to use their phones as scanners when putting away freight and stuff, they don’t have enough box cutters so they have to bring their own knives. And it seems like the cashiers are always over worked and they are incredibly under paid. And every Sunday when I’m in I’m told about how slow the computers are and how they are always glitching. It’s getting to the point where I don’t want to shop here because you guys can’t treat the staff that you have well. No wonder I’m seeing new faces pretty much every time I go in."

"Had nothing in stock, women at front yelled at a customer when he said no to needing any help she called him rude (he was older and hard of hearing) when is TSC going to realize high pressure sales won't work man also blocked me in from looking at the shoes to ask me if I needed help. If people need help they will ask!!! This is for all TSCs, stop pressuring and bullying your customers."

"We enjoy stopping here. Great selection of cat food and dog treats. They have chickens sometimes! They host on certain dates to get your fur baby up to date on shots at a good price. The team that runs the store are always helpful and pleasant."

"This is a go to when we need are animal feed. They have everything you could need and it's always well stocked. Also always some good stuff on sale whenever you go . Staff so far has all gotten us out pretty quickly."
