We personally experienced what our reps noted was manipulation of facts during negotiations/closing, tardy communication, and a confusing comment that intimidated us as a young couple (warned to fear local officers because an officer she wanted to give the home to lost the offer - a very strange thing to say in this environment to two people who very much respect law enforcement). The treatment left third parties present for it agape, apologizing for what they had witnessed.
