"ADDENDED TO ADD: This mgmt company did NOT perform a rental condition check list walkthrough, did not reserve the security deposit in a tenant account, did not perform maintenance services per our agreement and did not pass along information to the tenant. As a property owner we expect the management company to work for us by representing us. We found that Anne & Carl made avoided any efforts to represent us. As a matter of fact we had to remind them numerous times that we are their customer, not the new annoying new tenants (that they of course "found" for us). These tenants complained made irrational complaints about a missing outlet cover after the repaint & a sanding block left out. We pay property management companies to respond to, repair & NOT to be bother us about these trivial maters, instead they forwarded every email to us & did NOT handle anything. LOOK ELSE WHERE - both Carl and Anne were terribly incompetent and irresponsible with our property and we have now been forced to retain an attorney !"

"The last comment about children having lead poisoning was true however, Anne at seven hills property management made sure to get it all taken care of in a timely manner. She calls regularly to make sure my children are okay. 7 hills has always made sure they send out notices in a timely manner to TENANTS, whenever they do something with belongings, no one’s things were thrown out that weren’t already labeled trash by us. Thing may not always be peachy but they have done what they need to do."

"My experience with a one-year lease was extremely negative. Firstly, I had to deal with numerous maintenance issues throughout the duration of my stay. Secondly, the management was slow to turn on the heaters during winter, and even turned them off despite the cold weather. Lastly, I was dismayed to find that they attempted to deduct from my deposit despite returning the apartment in a clean condition."
