"By far the worst furniture store in massachusetts! The saleswoman scarlett was very helpful and respectful but the customer service from the owner and especially the manager was horrible! They called last week to tell us our sofa has arrived and is ready for pick up so we rented a truck,drove all the way to logan furniture on the lynnway and the manager tells us "oh,we made a mistake,the sofa that we called you about days ago to come pick up is actually for another customer and we didnt have time in the past 3 days to call you to inform you not to come in"...you could tell she couldn't care less about wasting our time and money.They also don't have any employees to load or help load the furniture into your truck and they don't have delivery services either,Horrible customer service and horrible experience so I would definitely recommend to stay away from Logan furniture on the LYNNWAY in lynn mass,it's not worth the headache and it's definitely not worth your time or money especially because of the customer service...bunch of clowns"
