"We had company staying with us for Thanksgiving, so the Friday before I took off the couch cushion covers to wash them (Good husband move), while putting the last cover back on, I tore the zipper off (Bad husband move)... I called John, who tells me he's about to leave for vacation for the week but if I get there in the next 30 minutes he might be able to help me out. I dart over there, John saves the day and my wife think's I'm a super hero cause she has no idea!!! To top it all off, John's work was top tier. The cover fits perfectly and this zipper is going no where. I can't say enough about how he made what could've been a bad situation for me into a minor problem. I'll never go anywhere else for any upholstery needs."
