"Have purchased several appliances from Gil's over the years and have always been happy with the service. They are always friendly and patient in the store, and delivery is easy to coordinate. We experienced some issues with our recent order but Lisa stepped up and made things right. Obviously avoiding the issues in the first place would've been ideal, but an owner who stands by their business and does right by the customer goes a long way for me. I hope I do not need to buy anymore appliances anytime soon, but when I do they will likely be from Gil's. Thanks again, Lisa!"

Gil's sent a representative from the manufacturer who expertly replaced them within a few weeks, no charge. "After a NIGHTMARE experience with Home Depot we went to Gils. Home Depot damaged our floors and did not install the units correctly. From the moment I walked into Gils the level of service was far better. Sandy triple checked all the details including what side the door hinges should be on. The best part of the whole experience was the delivery and the two gentleman who did the install. They were so professional and had so much knowledge. They did a full install in 45 min. Home Depot took 3 hours for a completely botched install. I will be a forever Gils customer for life!"

"I've had such a marvelous experience in purchasing a gas dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator from Gil's. From Patty in sales to Paul in installation to the delivery gentlemen -- all were excellent! Patty went above and beyond in finding me a refrigerator (very difficult these days) and was so knowledgeable about the inventory, Paul installed the dishwasher and dryer expediently, very professionally, and neatly, and the gentlemen who just left after delivering my refrigerator did so quickly and effortlessly. I cannot say enough good things about my Gil's experience. Even Gil's prices were great -- commensurate with the big box and other appliance stores, and there is NO comparison to make in terms of service -- Gil's wins hands down over every other appliance store with which I've worked. Gil's made purchasing three major appliances a pleasant experience, rather than the painful ones I've had with other stores. I'm very grateful to them, and am done with buying appliances from big box stores forever! P.S.-- did I mention there were no delivery charges, and they took away the old appliances? Superb! C."
