It was time for a new phone; worked directly with the manager, I think his name was Micah, and also talked with another salesperson, I believe her name was Sarah. Both were awesome. Store was fairly busy but they handled it very well. Best-in-Class customer service from my perspective. Would definitely want one of them to wait on me again in the future. I also appreciated that I wasn’t ignored while they were working with others ahead of me in line, they made sure to say hello - small touches like that make all the difference when there’s a wait. Another person was waiting who had a kid and Sarah quickly pulled out crayons and some coloring books to keep the kid entertained during the wait. Smart!!"
