"Have loved City Schemes since shopping in the Natick store in the 90's. Recently ordered a leather replacement on a floor sample Sedona chair I purchased a few years ago. Joanne was so great in tracking down the last one...sent me updates every step of the way. Went to get the new piece installed last week--the crew was out making a delivery--the manager at the store (and owner, as well) put the new seat on for us while we waited 20 minutes.
