The salesperson sold me a headboard with no frame, then refused to refund my money after they promised I could return it. Then they tried to sell me a frame and charge twice the price for a delivery fee. Save your money and buy a better mattress elsewhere. This is a scam."

"I bought a sleep number i8 mattress from this store. They charged me a $250 delivery fee that I was not initially informed of until the very last moment. Their website says nothing about this. This mattress cost $3,000 on sale already so it was upsetting to not find out about this hidden charge until checkout time. With the delivery charge and tax it ended up costing $3,500. They ended up waiving the delivery charge later because they had to deliver it later because they could not deliver on the initial date. After about a month I decided to return my Sleep Number i8 because it was causing me and my girlfriend serious back pain. A $300 mattress from Amazon was causing less pain than this thing. When I went to go return this mattress because it is just a cheap air mattress with 12” of foam on it and not worth $3,500 I was charged another $250 to return it! I was never informed of this return fee and they refused to waive this return fee. Buyer beware their 100 night policy is full of hidden fees and charges. You will lose $500 if you return your mattress."
