Pro Service was very flexible with my schedule and we were able to schedule a repair visit within 24 hours. "Avoid these guys. Repair went well but they are very misleading on pricing. Website says $65 per hour of labor and called to confirm there was no additional "service charge" to come out to the house (which is less than a mile from their shop). When technician arrived he said the $65 was the service fee to come to the house and it was a minimum of $125 per hour for labor. Quoted $235 to replace a part for a dryer that could be bought online for less than $4 and install took 20 minutes. Negotiated the price down a bit but still far more than I expected to pay."
