"I love when Hobby Lobby has sales, but I don't go if there isn't a decent price on what I need. I mostly work in art supplies, and don't care much for anything decorative. I don't want to buy STUFF. I prefer to buy supplies to create things, so I only shop in a small area. Meaning, I have to make sure ahead of time, that the sales apply to the specific area I'll be interested in. That's not often the case, and I don't like the regular prices. They stopped carrying 4 different types of markers I used, which is unfortunate. It would be nice if they carried resin craft supplies, but until they do, I'll be shopping at Michaels for that. I'm still going to give 4 stars because they're convenient, and it's a nice store. The people who work and shop there are normally very polite and friendly. I've never seen it be an unbearable environment there. They have most of what I need, regardless of the prices. I will absolutely continue going, as long as they're open."
"So much stuff they have a lot of arts n crafts and prices aren't too bad would Def shop here again"
"They did a great job setting up, it just opened in time for the holiday season 2023 - well done! They are closed on Sundays because of religious purposes and I fully support that. It is a little bit unorganized but that comes with opening up a new store and figuring stuff out. Be patient y'all I thought the staff did a wonderful job helping me with items I needed. I have to agree with a previous reviewer; it can get frustrating to manually type in every item vs scanning the tags. All in all, I love having this store close by!! I will frequent often"
"Support Michaels over this weird place. besides being closed on Sunday’s which for obvious reasons is just silly, this place has odd customer service. The checkout is slow and unorganized. They have to put everything in manually to cash you out. Beware they have items misplaced throughout the store, so their items may not actually be on sale as marked on display, and they’ll argue about it rudely."
"Huge store, tons of options for almost ANY crafting project. I was a bit disappointed in the ultra small thread options. European spools are annoying, and the section was not even as wide as my cart and no nylon twine options for macrame or crochet, still counting on Amazon for that."
