"We bought a number of gift items for our nieces, who will start school at Clark in the Fall. This was an online order for which I selected Free Shipping. I placed the order on a Sunday. I called the store that same day, and left a voice message, asking about the likely arrival date. I assumed it might be about a week to get to New Jersey, with the Free Shipping option. The campus store manager called me back herself very quickly to confirm the order and answer my question. She was very nice, and to my amazement the package containing all the items arrived THE NEXT DAY. Everything was exactly as expected. For the customer service (and the gift items), I say give the manager a raise. Five stars."
