"If I could give more starts I would. My experience was 10/10. I worked closely with Valerie on getting my children enrolled. She was and is very kind. She made sure I had everything I needed before continuing with the process and if i was missing something she would reach out and inform me about the missing documents. I had started the process in May and my children have been in headstart for 2 months and they love it. I can’t complain about anything."
"Terrible experience, we felt discriminated against and frustrated, we provided all they asked for and even though we were refused, besides that they took over a month to say that they were not going to accept our child , and we lost other places in other schools, because we were waiting for their answer, we spoke to someone named Valerie who also assisted our friend and to our friend she did not ask any paystubs and to us she asked 3 and we provided it to her! Horrible experience."
