"Horrible customer service we came in to look for a sleeper sofa today well the person I believe that is the owner that was working had his car parked on the curb cleaning it instead of greeting the customer as we were walking and he couldn't say a single word to us he came into the building a few minutes later and never said a word to us as we walked by heading out of the store I saw him going into the bathroom so I raised my voice a little you got his attention saying great customer service here then he proceeded to walk out of the bathroom saying oh I was just coming over to you watch I do not believe for a second I would not recommend this place to anyone you're better off going to raymour and flanigan's or Bob's"

"Great service and experience. Richard let us search the floor for about 10 minutes and then spent the better pet of 45 minutes helping us pick the perfect sofa and accent chair. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Great prices, services, and warranty plan!"

"Im sorry this is long but I was TOTALY IMPRESSED!!! I had an appointment in West Warwick. Decided to stop into Christmas tree shop when I noticed "The Furniture Depot" and decided to check it out.You never know where the BIG IDEAS come from :-) From the moment I walked in...it was like being at a parade or a carnival! At every turn there was something else exciting to see! Im not a fan of contemporary but even those displays where creative and fun to look at! Some of the more extravagant and bejeweled displays actually had me fantasizing that "if I had a room for it I would like that!". Even the accent pieces (decorative vases and such) that were somewhat the same color and style were all decoratively different. I got a lot of different ideas on how to change the look of the same item. I also noticed what appeared to be the only salesman in the store running from one side of the store to the other, front and back, side to side, never missing a chance to greet a customer. I was really IMPRESSED with the work ethic he seemed to have. Many stores, that have twice the employees, are often talking to one another and not very involved with the goings on around them. This guy had his nose to the grind stone...AND HE WAS ALL ALONE! I happened to be walking past him as he was moving furniture, fluffing pillows and rearranging accent pieces. I just had to let him know that his hard work was NOT GOING UN-NOTICED!! His name was Richard or Rich and I complimented how much I liked the store and asked if he had anything to do with the way it looked. Humbly he responded that he "does his best" :-) (he even had a small amount of sweat on his brow from all his running around!). He was pleasant and had many great things to say about the store. I thought at one point he must be the owner but come to find out he wasn't and that this was just a regular job for him. In anycase....I felt compelled to write a nice review not only for a very nice store but a great experience with Richard the representative of the store. Please pass on my appreciation with him...So few good employees like this anymore. Oh and give him a raise! He's a keeper! Sincerely Lori Ellis Marlborough, MA"
