"My first impression when I entered the store was the level of customer service. I recently had back surgery and was useing a walker. I was not sure I was even going to be able to shop. Right there at the door was a wheel chair. WOW! I was then greeted by Michael who rushed over to be sure I was safely in the chair. My husband was then able to manouever through the floor room without any difficulty. We were able to make an informed purchase, thanks to Michael. While the paper work was being done, we were led to a little bistro. We enjoyed a nice hot coffee, and cookies. While enjoying our coffee a lovely lady introduced herself as the manager and said she simply wanted to know if there was anything else she could do for us and also went over the warranty we had purchased. Thank you to all the staff, that wore a smile and made us feel so welcome."
