"We found Nathaniel to be tardy in his communication from the beginning of the rental inquiry all the way to getting our security deposit check returned. When we arrived to Jamestown, there was no package ready and the worker in the office had to search for the keys to our rental house. Although the rental house was clean and cheerful it was falsely advertised as having air conditioning (the air conditioning was available only in the bedrooms). The rest of the house was over 80 degrees and very uncomfortable."
