"Our apt was not update, we had fleas and cockroachs and bed bugs. We also had leak in kitchen, up above. Our bathroom ceiling tile fell and was replaced, however it happened again. We also had unsafe porch, which we couldn't use. After moving out they finally fixed the roof. However Gary who was the maintenance and president of property master did come. But when it was convice for him to fix these problems. We also had a pipe in the basement that was held together with masking tape, that our was main pipe for the toilet and showers. All in all this place sucked. Would never rent from this place ever again."
