"If you are thinking of renting here, just don't. This building is in a terrible location. From April to October, there will be constant loud music from the restaurant across the street. You will not be able to go to sleep before 1:00am, 6 nights each week. This building is also right across the street from a train station. The building shakes from massive, slow moving freight trains passing by several times all day and night. There is a 2:00 am and 7:00 am train that will be sure to shake you out of bed several nights each week. In addition to the slow moving freight trains, from October to the end of December, the train station is converted to the Polar Express Christmas station on the weekends. There will be a huge passenger train that will sit idling right outside your window all weekend long. The sound is the same as having 12 semi-tractor trailers parked right outside your bedroom all weekend. You might be able to get 3 good months from January to March to peacefully enjoy your apartment. The property manager is very slow to respond to any requests. It could takes weeks or months for repairs to be complete. When repairs are finally scheduled, THE PROPERTY MANAGER WILL ALLOW THEMSELVES INTO YOUR UNIT WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE. If you have a problem, you are told you can leave at any time, but you will lose your security deposit. Do not move into this building. You will immediately regret it."
