"This pharmacy used to be great! Ever since they started focusing on rebuilding the interior and changed computer systems and hired more people, it has been awful. I'll call in a refill, told I'm good to go, go to pick up meds and they don't have any on hand. I live 1.5 hours away. Go back the next day as they asked, said they could only do a partial after saying they still had nothing. Another time I asked for a refill to be mailed, called to check a week later and they stated it has not been refilled yet. Will mail out next day. I've been without my med for a week. They told me I can have someone pick it up. If I had that, I wouldn't have asked for it to be mailed. Nobody even called to tell me they could not refill and had a delay. They did not offer to mail express next day to make up for their mistake. Just kept saying sorry."
"So very disappointed with Mount Blue. Changed in May based on a referal from a friend. After 6 months of working with them and trying to get things straightened out I am having to change to a different vendor. I have always wanted to do business with the little guy but when the little guy makes NUMEROUS mistakes, not mailing, loosing cc numbers, loosing scripts etc we are again changing. Having a pharmacy that mails was important but when you have to make a 2 hr trip to get your meds because they don't do what you ask, you might as well work with the big guys. You have to trust your pharmacy and unfortunately I can't. When they tell you something they should live up to what they promise. That is not the case here and the owners are not interested in hearing about any difficulties. I have called left messages for the owner( both in Farmington and Skowhegan) and no return calls. Medical is something you cannot play with. So very disappointed."
"Do not trust this pharmacy! We get 3 months of meds. at a time and often when we get near to the end of 3 months I notice that we are a day or two short. 3 Months ago I decided to count the medication and found to be one day short. I called and they told me that this often happens as their counting machine is inaccurate. Today I refilled a prescription again and found 9 pills to be missing. I brought the pills back and some teenage girl counted them behind the counter and said the count was right but she added 9 "extra" pills anyway. If the count was right why would she add extra pills? Wouldn't I now logically be 9 pills over? I got home and counted the pills again. This time the count was right. So her addition of 9 pills only brought the count up to where it should have been in the first place. Do not trust these people!"
"Changing pharmacy. Since new management has taken over during last six months customer service has been non existent. The employees do not listen to you. They cut you off. We have had medication mishandling. They are curt and abrupt. I do not trust we will get the proper medication."
