"One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Neither the cashier or manager have any professionalism and full of attitude. I went to exchange within a week of purchase date and they refused to do at first and after a long argument they admitted it was a mistake by the last cashier but since it’s not her fault she can’t do anything about it and I have to call customer service to complain while the supervisor/manager was in the store. Another item, I needed one size down then the purchased one and they said the size is not available but they have different design in stock with exact same price but at the end they charged me the current price then the sale price I bought with. Can’t believe this is how they serve a long time loyalty member."

"The manger at the Dartmouth location she has no professionalism on her belt. First she ask me if I’m on EBT which that’s personal. Then she gave me a pathetic interview on the bench right in front of H&M. It was loud in the mall a lady sat behind us while FaceTime someone, mind you I can hardly here the Hollister manger. She also asked me regarding my style what does that have to do with a job performance. That made me uncomfortable and discriminated towards my personal style. She also mentioned that no one is applying and that she has only 5 seasonal people to be notified that they decided to go with another candidate. Please run away from this place they make you feel uncomfortable and an interview on a bench in a loud mall. Run away!!!!!"
