"I haven’t been to this location in years. I was excited to go when my sister expressed that there are quality designs on the racks currently. Today I went to check it out and was ready to spend. The store was unorganized and not the cleanest, which I was surprised by but they look like they were moving sections around. After an hour and half of weaving through the racks and finding an arm full of pieces I loved, I noticed I was running low on time for my next engagement. I searched high and low for the fitting room to decide on sizes of a couple pieces I had. I asked for help on the second floor for the fitting room. She explained that there is only one fitting room located on the first floor. I went down stairs to find that the fitting room had a rack blocking it and a sign that stated the fitting room was closed. I saw a man organizing clothes from across the floor so I walked over to him for some help. I walked up greeted him and explained my dilemma. He did not make eye contact with me, greet me back and was extremely curt. He stated the fitting room was closed for 30 minutes. I simply walked away because he was incredibly rude so I assumed, ok, a cranky retail rep that’s clearly having a bad day. I searched for help from someone else because there’s no way there’s three floors, customers on the floor, one dressing room and it’s closed. Right?! Wrong. I found another retail rep on the floor and explained my dilemma and asked to speak with a manager. It was brought to my attention that the first person was the manager and suggested closing the fitting room because they were "playing catch up". I explained that I really love the pieces I found and will buy but I just need to make sure I get the right sizes. I found this situation extremely odd. Ultimately, they didn't care and had their hands up. Securing the sale wasn't even on the radar. The customer experience is clearly not a priority here so I decided to spend my money elsewhere."
"Pros: Pretty big, two floors, has a huge clearance section with good deals, stylish clothes, good for people who can’t afford clothes from higher end stores, decent/good quality, kids section is cheap, good stuff at the check out Cons: It’s always pretty unorganized, stuff is becoming more expensive, the sizing isn’t that great for heavier people (or shorter people for that matter), dressing rooms always seem to be inconveniently closed which then forces you to try it on at home and return it (which you can’t return sale items and is annoying for people who have to drive a long distance to get there because they don’t have a location near them), person ringing me up added in a random $8 zodiac keychain and charged me for it? It’s not bad enough to the point where you won’t shop there, but it could improve. You should be able to use dressing rooms (otherwise i would just shop online) and it should be more organized. For example, when i want a shirt, I always have to look through every one and pull the tags out of them until i can find my size. It’s also unorganized because they have a lot of the clothes in the wrong places. The girls at the counter were nice. It’s still worth going to to see if you like anything."
"Put aside a juicy couture tracksuit set before I got to the store. Very helpful good customer service."
"This store is quite messy; clothes all over the floor. But otherwise it's a great store."
"The store does have a good selection. However, the store is messy and disorganized, and the staff don’t seem to care. I really liked a pair of pants, but the only pants in my size were on the mannequin and not the rack. I asked two employees if they had an extra pair of the specific sized pants and they said no. Fair enough. So I asked if I could take them off the mannequin and promise to buy them. They asked the manager and she said no, I couldn’t. Was the extra five minutes it took to take the pants off the mannequin not worth it to make a sale? Very bizarre."
