"I dropped off a few jackets that my kids had outgrown. All were Patagonia and North Face. I went to check the status of the items I consigned, since I hadn’t heard from the store. The cashier said she would check for me. She said it says on the computer your items were “soiled.” I am a very clean person, my friends/family tell me I’m crazy because I clean too much. My kids never have stains on their clothes. Long story short my items were “donated” because they were “stained.” Hundreds of dollars worth of coats “donated.” I would NEVER go back!!!"
