"This store has SUCH a cool concept. It's pretty different from any other shopping experience that I've had. One of everything in stock sits out on the floor, but then you can order what sizes that you'd like to try on using one of many touch screens that are available around the store. Everything that you ask for is then put into a fitting room, and you can try on more items with a touch screen inside of your room. I had a great experience shopping here, and I've been telling all of my friends about it. For the best experience, look at the Reformation online store to get an idea of what you'd like to try on, and then go early to beat the crowd! ;)"

"They have some of the items on the floor, but keep the rest of them in the back. They have touch screens that you can see everything they have in stock at the store including colors and sizes. You make your selections and then they’re delivered to your fitting room. We didn’t end up finding the right dress, however Alex, the sales associate, was very helpful!"

"We were seriously disappointed after our visit. We came to the store because of the brand's sustainable and inclusive appearance online but after this in-person appearance will certainly not come back. Although the store was not full and it was raining outside, we were made to line up in front of the store. At some point, we were asked for a name, what items we were looking for, and a size. Inside, nobody gave us any service - despite gathering all the personal information outside. I had trouble finding clothes in my size since most clothes displayed were in small or medium. In my opinion, sustainable clothing and making customers queue for no apparent reason do not go well together. And in my opinion, it definitely should come in all sizes!"
