Reviews
"Stay away. Loved my instructors but Dean Allen is a terrible person. Made a girl cry in my class. Yelled at us, and argued when we called him out on the tests he wrote where there was countless spelling errors and incorrect questions. Find another company, cuz the leadership in this one is a 0/10. My instructor Paul however was amazing and so was Charlie and Zach. Dean destroyed the entire class’s confidence in themselves and was giving contradictory information than what was told to us. He even said that he’s never read the textbook that he’s writing the test questions for."
"Very well run school and organized company. The instructors are experienced professionals, good people, care about the success of their students, and go above and beyond. National EMS Institute is the go-to school/training facility for EMT Training in the Worcester area!"
