"Excellent all-around classical yoga studio. They offer a great variety of classes, seminars and workshops. Their teacher training curriculum is excellent as well. Be sure to check out the Monday evening wind down class with Beth, for an hour of nighttime relaxation after a hard day of work. Tuesday night offerings include a six o'clock class with meditation that helps to continue your week in the right frame of mind."
