"I paid $60 to have my child’s name added to the waiting list for after school care. I was told by several staff members that the list wasn’t that long. I called three times to check on the status of the list and each time was told that my sons name was not on the list and that they would add it. After one entire year I called to ask for a refund of my deposit. They told me they don’t give refunds lol."
