"Nice store and helpful employees but just like Leominster store in MA they don’t always have sizes or clothes you want. I can only buy clothes that are on sale, too pricey! Clothes are nice but people are hurting financially today, not everyone is rich. It is geared to the younger generation, but I don’t know how they can afford the prices?"

"Hard to diffentiate retail stores, but this AE was well stocked, and while they didn't have a lot of staff working those who were were responsive, knowledgeable about products and sales, and prompt in getting me into a fitting room. The store was also clean and tidy, which isn't a given in the current world."

"Had a fraud issue where some lowlife used my credit card to make purchases in this store. Attempted to report it the same day. The store manager was unwilling to assist in any way and was incredibly rude. Corporate Policy was held up as a shield to provide the absolute worst in customer experience. We have always shopped here with our kids for back to school, but after this we will reconsider. It was bad enough having my credit card stolen and used without my consent to purchase goods here... it was even worse being treated as less than human by the management and staff of this location. Will not return."

"Store was clean and I was greeted and offered help within 10 seconds of entering. I purchased a shirt, a very nice girl processed my transaction and we exchanged the usual conversation. Neatly folded store, pleasant staff!"
