"Not reason why we shouldn't use the fitting room yhe customers service is very bad"
"Was there earlier! The staff was extremely rude and tries to pretend to not see you! I wanted one outfit, that I saw on a store front mannequin. They didn’t have my size on the rack, but had a small on the mannequin. So I waited in line, behind a huge over $150 order. There was a second cashier right next to her, and second register. This employee pretended to not see me or make eye contact. I waited at least 10 minutes for the transaction to end as other employees didn’t do anything except avoid eye contact pretending to look busy. Finally I was acknowledged and the rude employee with no smile, then realized her child was dropped off. Starting ignoring me to focus on her child and the fact her shift was almost over. Already mentally checked out with a attitude I’m inconveniencing her! As a paying customer trying to get help from a employee! You signed up for the job. I didn’t deserve the rudeness. Finally, she looked up again. I explained the size I needed was on the white mannequin. I politely asked her to get the outfit off the mannequin. She said “oh I can go get it.” I asked again, if she was sure. Usually employees take clothes off the mannequin. She with more attitude said “yeah you can get it.” So my boyfriend and I, had to go to the store front and DISMANTLE A MANNEQUIN! By ourselves! Not the employee! SHE MADE ME DO HER JOB to then PAY THE STORE, who pays and employs her to do this! The lazy rude attitude was mind blowing! I’ve never dismantled a mannequin and could of destroyed or broke it. The arms weirdly click in, and then my boyfriend has to struggle to lift the mannequin off the silver foot spike to get the skirt off! We could barely get it back on!!! WE ALMOST DROPPED THE MANNEQUIN! Probably worth at least a few hundred dollars! Because this employee was so rude and lazy!!!! I’m only 5ft tall, yet she expected me to be able to know how to dismantle and put a mannequin back together! She MADE ME DO HER JOB! So I could buy one thing I wanted. She then left with her kid, still giving rude faces. The new employee on shift, I asked if I could get a discount since it was the store front item (usually mannequin clothes can get torn or small impairments due to customers.) as well as a small discount FOR THE 20 MINUTES OF WORK I DID GETTING IT OFF THE MANNEQUIN! The employee, not as rude. But still couldn’t care less what I had to do, JUST FOR A PURCHASE! Said “oh she can’t, there’s no manager on. Only mangers can discount items.) I said even before leaving the store. I’m reviewing this horrible experience! HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES! PEOPLE NOT LAZY! I’m all my years of shopping I’ve never had to dismantle a mannequin and put it back together TO BUY A ITEM! The overall laziness and carelessness is unbelievable. Never coming back!"
"Miss girl, why are you closing the store and not allowing customers to shop at 7:37 when the mall doesn’t close until 8pm. If y’all don’t want bread, just close the store all together respectfully because that’s not how you do it."
"i like going here cause they sell alot of women clothes that you can buy and wear. and they sell sneakers shoes and boots. they sell clothes here and sometimes they have a sale that you can go to and save your money on things that you can buy cheaper. alot of people go here to shop for clothes and to buy things for less when it's on sale."
"I love rainbow! There's so many fun pieces of clothing. They have vibrant colors and alternative fashion. The shorts and skirts they sell always fit me very well, besides being pear-shaped."
