"If i could give this place negative stars i would in a heart beat. For people looking into schools to be an esthetician just go to the one closest to you. The "Catherine Hinds" standards have fallen into a deep dark hole and all they are about now is money. I went to administration multiple times about concerns with the teachers and teaching methods and it was never corrected until there was a full school outrage. And honestly, feel it still has not been fixed. some issues were -teachers not teaching, multiple make up classes not once did we touch a make up tool. -waxing they would show us how to once, and give us clients. if a student tells a teacher they are not comfortable. instead of gloving up or telling us how to do it next to us. we were sent home. honestly you tube taught me more. -eyelashes- was a JOKE. they had a brand new, fresh out of daycare teacher. teaching the class how to eyelash when her herself hadnt done so in years. we were give just false information and never had a class which would have helped. - the teachers would sit the whole clinic and not offer any help for clients or you would be unable to find any teachers. - students were treated not as adults but as prisoners. teachers would fight with students non stop. this is just a small list of the mind-blowing experiences i had in my 600 hours. I personally am fortunate enough to have my job. Im a CMA and work in a dermatology office. I personally would never allow any student who graduated from this school recently work on my face with any abrasive or advanced modalities. i brought this all to the Two top administrators when i was present and they told me multiple times they would "make it up to me" and after i graduated, reached out to hear nothing back. DO NOT GO HERE - you have been warned"

"I’ve been coming here for the past couple years since I was a young teenager, now being 21, it is still my favorite place to get a facial. Everybody who works here is amazing, kind, and very professional. Everything is extremely clean, and aestheticians are just amazing. I highly recommend."

"My daughter and I visited this facility for the first time today. Both of us had an "American Facial' with some extras - Enzyme mask and Ampoule treatment. This was WONDERFUL! The clinicians were incredibly professional and really took their time with us. The environment is clean and welcoming. Everyone was extremely friendly. Truly a wonderful experience for both of us! We will be back for certain!"
