"Terrible company to deal with. Ordered months ago, only partial of the order comes in. They tell me after 6 emails back an fourth that they will re order and it will take at least 8 weeks to get it. I call and ask to speak to a supervisor and I’m told they have to call me back. Never a call back. Now I will make sure our entire league of over 12 teams uses a different company. You did this to 6 other people on my team alone. Poor customer service!!"

"Ordered apparel for a local sports team back in august. I get that there are supply chain issues, but be up front with your customers. Ordering originally said four weeks out, then an update came in saying six to seven weeks. We are now on week nine and the production updates STILL say six to seven weeks after ordering. At this point I won’t receive my order before the season is over, this is ridiculous"

"I ordered $250 worth of items to support daughters soccer team on august 24th. They advertised 3-4 weeks for shipment. After 4 weeks of waiting they emailed saying due to covid delays it will be another couple of weeks. Just received email saying they will be shipped November 1st! Are you kidding??!! 2.5 months is ridiculous, season will be over. And they’re blaming covid? Covid didn’t just happen, they knew months ago that supplies aren’t there, but with held that. Terrible business practice, will find others ways to support team"

"Excellent Customer Service!!!! I rececently purchased some Track and Field apparel through my son's high school via a bulk order. Upon receipt we ended up with the wrong size in his track pants. I was told by my son that the track coach told him there was "nothing that could be done about it." Clearly that did not sit well with me. So I decided to reach out to BSN customer service in an email explaining the situation. Within an hour Mr. Brandon Babcock responded to my email apologizing for the mistake. He then asked for a shipping address so the mistake could be corrected. In less than a 24 hr period the problem was solved and the correct size was shipped! You don't find companies that take care customers like this anymore!!! Thank you!!!!!"
