"LenoxFit is the real deal! I had to prepare for a physical fitness exam for a job opportunity and only had a month to do so. Sue jumped right on the opportunity and we got right to work without hesitation! With her help I crushed the expectations! The staff are always personable and friendly and provide a very inclusive space for all fitness levels! They also offer a great array of classes and I was able to start learning yoga for my active off days! If you are looking for a local gym or a place to stay on track while visiting the area this is the place to be! I can’t thank Sue and her staff enough for their dedication and welcoming environment at LenoxFit!"

"Big fan!!! We spend the summers up in Lenox and this is our gym home away from home. The staff is wonderful, great trainers. Facility has all of the free weights and cardio you could want. Haven’t done the classes so can’t speak to those, but great environment."

"Lenox Fit is a wonderful (and friendly) gym conveniently located on Pittsfield Road in Lenox. From private training and workout classes to state of the art equipment, they truly have something for everyone. Personally, I really enjoyed the spin classes and private one-on-one personal training with the owner (who is wonderful and one of the most motivational and inspirational women I know). If you are looking for a gym that will support you on every step of your fitness journey, Lenox Fit is definitely the place for you!"

"This club is one of the gems of the Berkshires. It’s homey, friendly, and has all the equipment one needs in a comfortable, bright and airy space. The personnel are very helpful and really try to make the experience accommodating and supportive to all, regardless of level of athleticism and gym experience - check it out!"

"When traveling for work I always do my best to hit the gym and workout at least for a little bit. Found this place pretty much next door to my hotel gym. Very clean, well maintained, and has the basics. Maybe you should look elsewhere for like a mono lift or belt squat or something if you need more specific stuff, but this gym has everything you need to complete a good workout top to bottom."
