"Review: A Midsummer Night's Dream More like a midsummer night’s nightmare. First the actors chosen did not match the parts portrayed. The actors in the play within a play were also miscast and their entire antics without any merit. The use of colloquial Spanish in a Shakespearian play is totally out of place. The father, with the text or law book proclaiming his rights in the marriage of his daughter, is taken from another age. The boom box prop is a similar faux-pas. Finally, we had to leave early because the seating area was besieged with a swarm of gnats making it impossible to view the final act."
