"Great rest stop. sheltered picnic tables, restroom, and hiking trails. There is a lake right across the street."

"I don’t think you should get to call yourself a rest stop if you’re not providing restrooms of any kind! I took this route to get to my destination because it provided a “rest stop” along the way. Come to find out (as my bladder was screaming its fullness at me) that there isn’t even a portapotty. Thankfully there were still a couple of gas stations and a Walgreens open nearby or I would have been in a desperate situation. If advertised as a gorgeous spot to take in a sunset, albeit very noisy with road traffic, I would have happily given 4 stars!! But this is not a rest stop; it’s a pullout with a few picnic tables."

"Nice easy place to pull over. The lake is across the road which is busy. It is a beautiful view of the lake though. I wish the small hiking trail off of it was better maintained. There are no longer outhouses: there used to be. Otherwise well maintained nice little place to stop to stretch take pictures or eat a picnic lunch."

"This rest stop is near Norway Lake and you will enjoy it. If you get take out at one of the businesses in town and want a nice place to park and eat, this it. A short distance from the center of town."
