"The word “family” is misleading. I’ve been their patient for several years and I work in a high tech industry where there are some last minute urgent business meetings. I called the office today telling them I won’t make it to my cleaning appointment due to a work meeting and they said I’ll be charged $85 if I do not show up. I asked where this was ever communicated and they said “in the new patient form” which I filled 3-4 years ago.. that’s not how you treat “family”"

"I was one of the first 100 patients when Dr. Fox opened. She and her staff have always been incredibly considerate and caring- especially to people like me who, like many, don’t love going to see the dentist. Dr. Fox has seen me come a long way in! Aside from the fantastic staff (especially Valerie, who I can thank for referring me), the environment is beautifully decorated and spotless unlike other practices that I’ve been to. I can’t imagine seeing another dentist and would recommend Fox Family Dental to anyone!"
