"I was a patient of Dr. Ruetty's before he retired and sold the practice and it became Breakwater. My insurance covers 2 cleanings per year. Breakwater started charging me when I went in for cleanings, claiming I was on a "treatment plan." No treatment plan was ever discussed with me, and I was never even advised what the treatment plan was for. I have been to two different dentists since then and they both said my teeth and gums were great and to keep doing what I am doing. My hygienist also seemed extremely inexperienced."
