"This place is a joke. You do not want to work here or send your child here. There is a clique that includes the director that is very mean, judgmental, and not nice at all to other staff members or children that don’t fit in with them. Someone is quitting every week and new staff don’t last more than two weeks because the current staff is so mean."

"We love Kindercare Mansfield so much! Our daughter started going to the Kindercare when she was 6 months old. I was so nervous sending her full time, as she is our first child. All of the teachers and staff made the transition so easy! They keep the app up to date with pictures, notes, feedings and toileting in real time. If I ever have any questions or wanted to let them know something I forgot to mention at drop off, I can send a message and they get back to us within minutes every time. Marissa the Director is truly amazing! If we are ever out sick, she send messages to check in and see how she is feeling throughout the day. She is so approachable and you can tell she cares about the kids and the families so much. Our daughter is now 14 months and I truly consider Kindercare part of our family. I cannot imagine her going anywhere else!"

"Our son started at KinderCare in Mansfield when he was 4.5 months old. We had the BEST experience in the infant room with the infant teacher. Now our son is in the toddler classroom and we continue to have a really great experience. He is excited to go to daycare in the morning and comes home telling us about his friends and all of the fun activities he did. When there are any issues (e.g., illnesses, teacher changes), the director and teachers are incredibly communicative. We also really love that we receive updates including photos and videos of all the fun our son is having throughout the day through their app. Thanks to all the staff for all they do!!"
