The facility is always spotless, and the activities they have are not just fun but really help in our child's development. The communication as a parent with the staff has also been great. "We LOVE Primrose School of Mansfield located in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Our child has been attending Primrose for more than a year now (started at 16 weeks old; attends 5 days per week, arrives shortly after opening in the a.m. and picks-up right before closing in the evening) and I can not speak _highly_ enough of this amazing operation. All members of the staff, from the front desk to the teachers and assistants in the classrooms and their Chef (yes, Chef! and I mean Chef, many days as I scarf down a pitiful lunch at my desk, I salivate seeing the meals being served daily to our kiddo!) are warm, welcoming, compassionate, energetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely know the children. We visited 5 day cares in the Mansfield area as we looked to find a landing spot for our child. By FAR, Primrose was the most responsive, professional, transparent and communicative in the pre-enrollment process. Tuition-wise, it fell right on the average, to slightly-higher than average line when compared to other day cares in the area, however, when weighing the earlier available drop-off times (730) and later pick up times (530) compared to others and the fact that ALL meals, snacks are included and it is worth every penny. Tuition is paid monthly, and has largely stayed consistent year-after-year. The facilities at Primrose are secure, newer, and impeccably maintained with great multi-age outdoor play areas and large functional classrooms. The curriculum is multifaceted and shared with parents to reinforce at home. Theme days are scattered and fun! Social events (pancake breakfasts, fathers day and mothers day breakfasts/ice cream socials, halloween costume parade, etc.) allow for meeting other parents and more of the staff. The staff is well-trained, diverse, and simply amazing. Primrose embraces technology and makes it easy to communicate with the extremely responsive team there via email, phone, or via the ProCare app where we get plenty of updates (and pictures/videos!) and info throughout the day that allows for easy transition at pick-up. I'll note some of the negative reviews posted here seem not to be relevant to this Primrose, particularly since tuition is paid monthly, not by week. But our experience has been nothing but positive. Location wise there is plenty of parking making pick up and drop off easy and it is only a short 2-3 minute drive to the Mansfield Commuter Rail station (oh and it's next to Starbucks, which is critical for sleep-deprived parents) The TL;DR? Primrose is second to none in Mansfield and we highly recommend it! Our kiddo loves it, always comes home happy, the staff is THE BEST, and worth every penny!"

"Exceptional staffing and facilities make Primrose School / Mansfield MA the best option for your child's early educational development. Their location is only a few years old, so classrooms are spacious and up to code. Multiple playground areas established for each age group. All access points are secured electronically at all times. In-house chef provides multiple meals and snacks throughout the day. Procare app allows for real time phone notifications of everything from naps, meals, activities, photos and even videos. Events for children and parents routinely coordinated on-site; touch-a- truck, ice cream socials, holiday parades... With all they have to offer, it's the teachers and staff that place them in a class all their own - they are creative, dedicated and genuinely care about your child's needs; always professional and in accordance with State mandated guidelines. Primrose is not a daycare; it is a legit school for your infant / toddler. We feel very fortunate to have our daughter in such a caring and structured environment daily and she loves going to school as a 3 year old..!"

"Primrose has been absolutely amazing since the moment we started taking our children here over a year ago. Danielle and Lindsey are running a top notch program and we could not be happier. Our two children have both moved up a class since being here. Every teacher we have interacted with has been great. They are warm and welcoming. Our children love going to class and on the days where our two year old may not be feeling it, his teacher always knows how to make him smile and get him in class. They update us on their day daily both in person and through an app that has pictures and descriptions of the curriculum that they are learning. Our children have learned so much since being here. We always have family comment on how smart they are because they are talking about what they have learned in school. Overall, we could not be happier with Primrose of Mansfield. I would give it a 10/10 if it were possible."
