"I have a high fear of the dentist, so much so that on my consultation visit, I had a panic attack. When I went back for my actual appointment, the dentist who put me under with anesthesia made me feel calmer and better about the whole visit and procedure. I usually feel needles when they’re put in my arm, but he put the needle in with me barely feeling it. I can tell he’s really good at what he does and I’m glad that I had him as my dentist for this. 3 teeth removed, and the next day, it barely hurts. Just a bit of swelling. Thank you for reducing my fear, even just a bit."

"I am still waiting for them to call me back to reschedule my appointment, I have been dialing every day for 3 weeks, leaving messages and no one picks up. Now I will have to wait 6 more months to get an appointment? The service is not provided as it should be if you don't have an appointment scheduled."

"This place is an absolute joke. I went in to get my tooth looked at because I’m dealing with lots of pain an as soon as I arrived I was treated poorly. The lady at the front desk told me the dentist were busy today and that I needed to come in early in the morning. I was there at noon time and there was not a single person in the waiting room. I feel like the lady up front didn’t care about what I was dealing with an was rude and wanted me to just leave. I also asked her how do I become a patient and she didn’t bother explaining much about the process an told me there booked until April. I wish I could have had a better experience there, and I wish I was greeted with care an respect."

"I have to say, the ladies that have worked on me, made me comfortable, played music and were just all around, awesome. The dentist, who's name is also Laura, was quick, good chairside manner and funny. Her hygienist, I wish I could remember her name, because she was THE best one I've had so far. I wanna say Jolene or something! But they get 5 stars. Not the receptionist who didn't file my daughter's paperwork to be a patient there and now we gotta wait another probably 2-3 months when we already have. If it wasn't for the GREAT service I received today, this rating would've been about that, 2 or 3 stars."
