"This is the most unprofessional and incompetent practice I have ever known. They treat a cleaning like a haircut, instead of healthcare procedure. They just don't care what your home care routine is, or whether you're properly caring for your teeth at home. And Dr. Mazurenko, with no personality, gives you such a quick once-over, also does not care. A dental assistant who says nothing the entire time until "you're all set" does not make me feel cared for. I can't wait to go somewhere else."
