"I'm sad to say my whole family will no longer be patients here. I was told to take my records elsewhere if I didn't get x-rays. I've never had a cavity in my life and enjoy having my teeth cleaned. Unfortunately I will no longer refer others here as I have. Working in the medical field I find it beyond poor patient care to refuse care over this. I asked to sign a waiver taking all responsibility off from their hands. I was still told no and almost immediately given a record release form without skipping a beat. Here I am sitting in my car crying because they see patients as numbers and not as people. They couldnt make money from xrays and therefore they dont want me as a patient. Find an office that sees you as a person and not a dollar sign."

"It had been over ten years since I had been to the dentist due to some serious anxiety related to previous dental experiences. I was upfront about my anxiety and everyone was extremely polite and mindful throughout my visit. Nobody minimized my feelings. After my first cleaning since my teens, I asked, “that’s it?!” It lacked the horror I was expecting. It was a good start to overcoming my fear, but I knew I had some less ideal experiences ahead as I had a couple teeth in need of repair. Today we went in to tackle the first bad tooth and again I was struck with anxiousness which quickly subsided when they numbed the area before sticking me with the needle - genius. Everyone was so kind, they walked me through steps, laid out my options in regards to improving the experience and kindly comforted me when I received a less than ideal verdict and let a few tears escape. I would highly recommend this office, because I actually look forward to my next visit. They turned a daunting experience that I had avoided at all costs into an encouraging one which has allowed me to be optimistic about improving and maintaining my dental health. I am extremely grateful that they shattered my previous perception of dentists."

"Dr. Neilsen and her staff were amazing with my 5 year old daughter who ended up having a few baby teeth extracted due to some crowding issues with her adult teeth coming in. She was afraid to have us wiggle them out at home and insisted that Dr. Neilsen needed to do it. My daughter was a little nervous going into it, but Dr. Neilsen did a great job explaining the procedure to her put her right at ease. It ended up being a very positive experience for all!
